In joining the club, I affirm, that I am 21 years of age or older.
I authorize Majestic Oak Vineyard, LLC. to charge my credit card each quarter unless I discontinue membership.
Members agree to pay a minimum of three billing cycles. A charge of $50 will be incurred if canceled before the third shipment.
Shipping costs are not included in the cost of membership and are subject to change.
Pick-up members have 90 days to pick up their shipment. After this time, I understand that Majestic Oak Vineyard will use my card on file to ship the wine to my billing address.
