Staff education is one of our favorite things to do when we all get together.
Food and wine Pairing
At staff education night, we offer a variety of activities from food and wine pairing to competing in teaching a panel of judges. We take these activities seriously, but also have a lot of fun doing them.

One of the staff's favorite activities is to conduct barrel tastings. During these tastings, they try out wines that will soon be featured in the tasting room.
